About Us

Healthcare is broken. Especially paying for it.

The current system is slow, messy, and a terrible experience for patients, providers, and health plans. Patients have no visibility into what’s covered and not covered by insurance and what they may owe until it’s too late. Providers struggle with the sheer amount of paperwork it takes to get paid, often taking months after the service.

We deserve better.

That’s why we’re building a new era of healthcare payments with speed, accuracy, and transparency built-in. We’re on a mission to bring speed, accuracy, and transparency to healthcare payments for all. We’ve raised over $100 million from leading investors and are proud to be supported by Google, Ramp, Mercury, Plaid, and others.

Our DNA

How We Work

In the early days of Silicon Valley, some of the most iconic companies began as small, hacky projects in cluttered garages. Apple, for instance, was born in a humble garage, where Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak tinkered with their ideas, fueled by passion and an unrelenting drive to create something extraordinary. These spaces, though modest, were hotbeds of innovation, creativity, and sheer determination. They were places where magic happened. At Arrow, we embody that same garage spirit.

Working at Arrow isn’t for the faint of heart. You'll be pushed to go beyond what you thought possible, surrounded by talented colleagues who expect the best from you. But if you embrace the challenge, it will become the most meaningful work of your career. Changing an incredibly outdated and broken system like Healthcare isn’t easy.

We're a small, lean team where everyone plays a critical role in our success. Full visibility and transparency into each other's work ensure we stay aligned and collaborative. We work in person to capture and nurture those sparks of creativity, transforming it into magical product.

We keep recurring meetings to a minimum, valuing our time and focus. Extreme flexibility is a cornerstone of our culture. Need to run errands at 11 am? Go ahead. But you might be expected to jump in and fix bugs at 8 pm. Our policies are flexible and trust-based. For example, our vacation policy is: "take vacation." Our sick leave policy is: “get better.” We believe in balancing hard work with the freedom to recharge when you need it.
